Hello Everyone,

There will be a Ngondro group practice session at the centre at 6:00pm this Friday evening, 7th July.

There will also be another group practice session on Sunday 16th at 10am.

Lorraine will also be doing her own Ngondro practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00am.

You are all welcome to join her in these sessions if you wish.

Welcome! This group is dedicated for Buddhist practitioners who come to the Kagyu Samye Dzong Cardiff. We hope to assist with the group's activities both online and offline, making it beneficial for every one.
