Hello Everyone,
There will be a Ngondro group practice session at the centre at 6:00pm this Friday evening, 7th July.
There will also be another group practice session on Sunday 16th at 10am.
Lorraine will also be doing her own Ngondro practice on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00am.
You are all welcome to join her in these sessions if you wish.

P.S. This is the Tibetan name of our centre, given by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche. This is inscribed in Tibetan script on our sign at the front of the centre.
